JobApply Beta

Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

1. Purpose of the service

JobApply is a portfolio demo for organising a personal job search. The service supports application and interview management, importing and exporting the user’s own data, Google Drive backups, reviewing the user’s own Gmail messages, optional Telegram notifications and AI-assisted suggestions.

2. Google account and connected services

You may connect only accounts and services that you are authorised to use. Google, Gmail, Drive and Telegram features are optional integrations and may depend on the availability and terms of the relevant third-party providers. Permissions may be revoked with the provider and, where supported, disconnected in JobApply.

3. Responsible use

All suggestions, classifications, extracted information and AI analyses are non-binding. Users must verify information, deadlines, status changes, matches and decisions themselves. JobApply does not replace legal, career or recruitment advice and does not send job applications automatically.

4. Automatic checks and trusted updates

Automatic Gmail checks run only when the relevant feature is enabled for the user account. The optional automatic acceptance of trusted updates is limited to low-risk status changes with a verified match. Rejections, offers, interviews, required actions, new applications and uncertain matches remain subject to manual review.

5. Acceptable use

The service must not be abused, automated in a way that bypasses technical protections, used with another person’s account without authorisation, or used to process unlawfully obtained data. Security, quantity and rate limits must not be circumvented.

6. Data and account deletion

The user is responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of data entered into or connected with JobApply. The JobApply account can be deleted through account settings. Files stored in external services, particularly Google Drive, may continue to exist independently and may need to be removed there separately.

7. Availability, changes and liability

As a demo, the service may be restricted, changed, temporarily disabled or discontinued. There is no entitlement to particular availability, error-free operation, backup or permanent retention. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for decisions made solely on the basis of JobApply suggestions, classifications or automatically detected information. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Privacy

Information about processing of personal data, Google API data, OpenAI, Telegram, Cloudflare Turnstile, technical logs and data-subject rights is available in the Privacy Policy.
